The creative mind space and how to use it. You will learn about a simple model that helps you envision the creative mind and how creative ideas are developed. Included will be tips on how to generate creative ideas yourself and remember them afterwards. This session will include a number of hands-on exercises and group work. |

Challenge led innovation. Creativity in organisations is all about constantly challenging yourself and your colleagues to generate ideas in order to meet needs,solve problems, improve products, improve processes and innovate. Learn how to design effective innovation challenges that generate the ideas you need. Many hands-on exercises and group work will included in this workshop. |

The number 1 organisational motivator: the 3C's. Learn why we tend to criticise and kill off our colleagues' ideas and why doing so critically damages your firm's innovation potential. Then learn a very simple method to motivate colleagues to be more creative and generate even better ideas: Consider – Compliment – Challenge ideas. This exercise will include a lot of hands on exercises and role play practise. |

Caring for the Creative Environment. A creative environment is critical if you want people in your firm to generate ideas. Learn what is necessary to foster creativity in your office and what is detrimental to creativity. For example, did you know the number one creative inhibitor in the corporate world is lack of time? Although we stress the need to innovate, we do not give our employees the time to do so. Group activities. |
