This session looks at internal marketing with case studies form Innocent, Animal and Patagonia. With a focus on the marketing mix. The four P’s? NOT any more, it’s the seven P’s, the extended marketing mix. In fact the session looks at how four C’s can even replace the P’s with cost, convenience, communication and customer needs – taken from the customer’s perspective.
