.......together with our conference specialists mca Directors, we organised a very full programme based at the Royal Bath hotel in Bournemouth, including a professionally staged business planning convention, awards evening, a series of networking exercises for all of the delegates.
Also included was horse riding and tree climbing in the New Forest, and to cap it all the Conference gave 250 man hours to plant trees in the Forest for future generations to enjoy........

Mike has a history of such ideas! Converting a Five Star luxury hotel abroad to a seeming wreck, with grumpy staff.....then dramatically changing it after 24 hours! With champagne and brilliant service! To communicate to the client's salespeople the importance of customer service.

Our partners MCA Directors also runs traditional sales kick offs both in the UK and throughout Europe. As well as securing the venue, MCA stage managed this entire event for Detica at London's Royal Horticultural Halls, ensuring that the 1,000-strong audience were brought up to date with the group's performance, and departed sufficiently motivated to deliver another successful year in 2007! |
MCA were responsible for the stage design, Set build, lighting, PowerPoint graphics, audio visual equipment, crewing, and overall event direction.
In addition to the plenary session, MCA also managed a further 8 breakout rooms within the RHH complex.
