We are a Reuse company
Over 60% of printers collected after being fully refurbished, are re-used.
Those that cannot be reused are stripped for parts.
This means that only a small proportion of printers collected enter the recycle stage
Printer Factory
- re-use of printers is over 60%
- what cannot be re-worked is recycled, and this can be proved
- boxes are compacted
- packaging is re-used
- printer drums are re-used
- parts are reused
- only toner is waste product, which is carefully processed following strict guidelines
Toner Factory
Over 75% of cartridges collected after proper remanufacture are re-used.
As an UKCRA member we comply with all UKCRA remanufacturing and recycling codes.
As an UKCRA member we have rigorously proven carbon footprint savings compared to using original cartridges.
- the factory has documented procedures for remanufacture and structured guidelines in place*
- the cartridges are tested and guaranteed to match the page life of an original cartridge
- every cartridge is fully print tested prior to packaging
- the finished product is labelled in such a way as to differentiate it from original product, and why not, we are proud of our sustainability!
- and of course the factory has full product liability insurance as an UKCRA member
- and a bona fide warranty system as an UKCRA member
We always suggest to customers to check if their supplier factories are members of a recognised trade association.
*remanufacture means recycled cartridges refilled with either ink or toner. In addition remanufacture means repair or replacement of worn out or obsolete components to match the same customer expectation as new. The factory always complies to UKCRA (UK Cartridge Remanufacturers Association) guidelines. Not cheap illegal copies from the Far East.
