By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using this Website.

   economi solutions provide our products or services to you subject to these Terms and Conditions. You agree that if you visit our web site, or we supply any of our products or services to you, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions then you may not use our web site or order products or services from us.
   Changes
   We may change these sale conditions at any time, and any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our web site. Those changes will not affect any orders you submitted before the change.
   Your order
   1. Your order to us is your offer to purchase the goods on the sale conditions explained on this site, subject to our acceptance. You are entitled to withdraw your offer at any time up to moment that we accept it.
      Customer Exchanges
   2. You have 7 working days to exchange get a refund with our Customer Guarantee to you (excluding any carriage charges incurred). Return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to economi solutions accompanied with the receipt/invoice and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund.
      Description
   3. The goods will be the make and model of goods specified in the ordering web pages, will correspond to the essential characteristics, description and specification set out in our web site at the time of order. We will not be responsible for variations between the description of the goods on our web site and the manufacturer's specifications, and the latter shall prevail. We will also not be responsible for minor variations in specification, colour or other design features, and no such minor variation shall entitle you to rescind the contract, reject the goods or be the subject of any claim against us.
      Delivery Costs
   4. This is either free of charge or specified at the time of purchase, it is normally free of charge.
      Delivery Days
   5. We only deliver on working days, being Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays, within the working hours 9am and 5pm. Any statements as to delivery within a number of days should be read as working days, and if a bank or other public holiday falls within any delivery period then you should allow an extra two working days for delivery. If you order after noon, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
      Failure to Receive the Goods
   6. If delivery is attempted within our stated delivery hours and you are not present to collect the goods or you unreasonably refuse to take delivery of the goods, then we may charge you our reasonable costs of returning the goods to the depot, our reasonable costs of storage, and our reasonable charge for re-delivering the goods at another time. We will give you the option of collecting the goods from our depot or requesting further delivery attempts (at reasonable charge). We will store the goods for a maximum of 2 months, after which we may sell the goods and account to you for the proceeds less our reasonable storage costs.
      Delivery Note
   7. All deliveries must be signed for before our carrier will release them to you. Signing for delivery is for simple proof of receipt purposes and will not affect any of your other rights. Please make sure you keep the packing list enclosed with your goods, as this will be important if you are returning the goods later on.
      Damaged Goods
   8. All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, please notify the courier on delivery and advise economi solutions by telephone within 3 working days of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that the goods have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact. We will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses incurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
      Returns Procedure
   9. Any products returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive are entitled to a full refund of the price of the product if we are informed within 7 working days from receipt. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including the reason for the return. All returnable goods must be reported to economi solutions. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
      Specification
   10. Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications on this Website are correct at the time of publishing however technical data, dimensions and weights serve only as a guide. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate and the utmost care is taken to ensure the accuracy of these dimensions. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
       Printing & Pricing Errors
   11. In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.

       Warranty
       Our cartridges are covered by our 12 Month Warranty see the link on this website or call our team to find out more. For cartridges and all other products we warrant that the goods on delivery will be of the description set out in the contract, will be new, will be in working order and will be free from material damage. Our sole liability and your sole remedy for breach of this warranty shall be to replace the goods with goods which do conform to the contract or take the goods back and refund you all amounts paid by you under the contract (excluding postage).
       Liability
   13. Under no circumstances shall economi solutions, nor our affiliates, staff, agents or suppliers, be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, other damages (including without limitation lost profits, lost revenues, or similar economic loss), whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials available in this site or any linked site, even if we are advised of the possibility thereof, nor for any claim by a third party.
       Payment
   14. All prices are in pound sterling excluding VAT at the current rate. Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: MasterCard/Visa/Switch/ Solo/ Maestro card via Paypal or by fax, post or telephone. We also accept cheques, banker's drafts or electronic bank transfer. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorize payment then we have the right to cancel the order. All goods remain the property of economi solutions until full payment has been fulfilled.
       Your Account and Security
   15. When you shop with us on the website all your financial transactions are entirely secure. Online debit and credit payments are processed by Paypal UK via their secure servers. You accept responsibility for the confidentiality of your accountant including the password, you will inform us if anyone has gained access to your details as soon as possible.
       Geography
   16. This site provides products primarily for the UK. Please contact us if you have a requirement outside of this geography. economi solutions makes no claim for the accuracy of product information on this site with regard to any country outside of the UK.
       Availability
   17. We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than expected there might be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. The majority of our deliveries are made on the next working day of cleared payment. We will advise regarding the delivery date for out of stock items. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control i.e. acts of God, rioting, floods, fire etc. as a guide. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us.

       Governing Law and Jurisdiction
       The terms and use of this site shall be governed in accordance by the Laws of England and shall be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. economi solutions reserves the right to add, delete, modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
       Warranty
       economi solutions mailroom consumables covered by this limited warranty statement conforms to the manufacturing specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship at the time of shipment and installation valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse, accident, modification, improper maintenance by you, improper storage or installation, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or damage caused by disasters such as flood, fire, lightening, or improper electrical current. If a claimed defect cannot be identified, you are responsible for the costs incurred.
   19. In the event that a mailroom supplies product is verified and confirmed by our designated technician as the source of any damage to your mail system we will reimburse you for the actual costs of repair (which must be reasonable) that are required to correct damages caused by the mailroom product. Reimbursement of costs is conditional on evidence the mailroom product was the actual cause of damage during the warranty period.
       You should request a written signed statement from the company performing the repair on company letterhead (showing the name and address of the company), stating that our mailroom product was responsible for the damage. Reimbursement is conditional on you providing a statement to us along with all of the following:
       1) written invoice of cost to repair damage caused by use of our product,
       2) receipt showing purchase of our supplies product,
       3) the actual product which was used,
       4) all used machine parts included in the actual cost to repair.
   20. After verification, we will then pay the reasonable repair charges for the mail system.
       
4. CHILD SUPERVISION
   1. We are concerned about the safety and privacy of our users, particularly children. Parents who wish to allow their children access to and use of the Website/Services should supervise such access and use. By allowing your child access to the Services you are allowing your child access to all of the Services, including email, bulletin boards, chat areas, news groups, forums and/or other message or communication facilities. It is therefore your responsibility to determine which Services are appropriate for your child.
